HR World on behalf of our reputable client we are looking for a Transport officer who will be responsible for cost effect and timely handling of logistics, and maintenance of the company’s fleet.

Duties:

• Planning daily Operations by coordinating with other departments the requirements of the vehicle.

• Planning of Weekly Driver shift rooster

• Daily Tracking of vehicles and submission of reports.

• Handling vehicle maintenance and repair for inhouse and Offsite Jobs

• Submit reports in accordance with company guidelines

• Assign duties to Drivers

• Authorizing and monitoring fuel consumption

• Maintaining and following up on the vehicle checklist

• Supervising, Planning, and Monitoring Company Mechanics on the tasks assigned within the workshop

• Ensure minimized downtime for all the vehicles

• Preventive maintenance for the fleet

• Timely requestion for purchase of all spare parts

Education, Skills Experience;

• A Degree in any relevant discipline

• Minimum 4 Years Experience in the field of Transportation( managing a fleet of 100+ trucks)

• MS Office Skills ( Esp., Excel, Word, and PPT)

• Excellent Communication Skills
