Position: Transport Manager (01)
Location: DSM

Key Responsibilities will include:
• Coordinate and manage the transportation of goods from the warehouse to customers.
• Oversee the dispatching and management of transportation from Goodwill to the warehouse.

• Efficiently handle transportation dispatching from the Kibaha factory to the warehouse.

• Manage relationships with existing suppliers to ensure timely and reliable deliveries.
• Lead and manage the transportation team to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations to enhance team efficiency.

• Address and resolve transportation-related issues promptly and effectively.
• Implement corrective measures to prevent future problems.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant field.
• Preferably male candidates.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in transportation management.
• Strong sense of obedience to company policies and a commitment to providing exceptional service.

• In-depth familiarity with the Tanzanian transportation market and logistics.
• Fluent in English to facilitate effective communication with team members and external partners.
