JOB SUMMARYN / A
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESi. Gather information on new tourist destinations in collaboration with all stakeholders;
ii. Providing tourist licenses to hotels and tourism agencies;
iii. Gathering and keeping tourist statistics and tourist trips;
iv. Finding and organizing tourism training opportunities locally and abroad;
v. Responding to complaints from tourists;
vi. Provide expert advice to stakeholders in the operation of the Tourism business.
vii. To organize various inspections of tourism agencies;
viii. Analyzing tourism agency projects and hotels;
ix. Checking hotels, loops and restaurants;
x. Respond to and respond to complaints raised by tourists;
xi. Provide expert advice to the tourism agency;
xii. Gathering information on new tourist destinations in collaboration with all stakeholders;
xiii. Gathering tourist data on destinations / tourist destinations;
xiv. Keeping up the archives of Tourism Library books / files;
xv. Preparing a monthly statement of the tourist statistics of the country and revenues;
xvi. Conducting a Survey on National Parks and Regions to find out the total number of hotels or hotels that provide tourist services;
xvii. Closely monitor and collaborate with VETA on the development of tourism training colleges in the country;
xviii. Coordinate all projects related to the provision of tourism training;
xix. Preparing monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports;
xx. Monitor the Sector's progress by conducting a '' survey '';
xxi. Convening of Tourism Facilitation Committee meetings;
xxii. Preparing reports and disseminating delegates and monitoring the implementation of resolutions;
xxiii. Through the guidelines on the Tourism Facilitation Committee;
xxiv. Co-ordinating tourism development activities and new tourism development trends;
xxv. Preparing to review tourist attractions in the country;
xxvi. To conduct awareness campaigns / seminars on tourism promotion;
xxvii. Participate in reviewing EIA environmental impact assessment reports;
xxviii. Collaborate with various environmental organizations / organizations in tourism and environmental activities;
xxix. Gather operational resources from internal and external sources.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE• Recruitment of a Bachelor / Diploma in one of the Tourism or Hotel fields from Government recognized colleges.
