JOB DETAILS:
Job Summary:
• We are seeking a Training Manager who will be instrumental in elevating our hospitality services across our five properties. In this role, you will rotate between locations, focusing on training staff in various aspects of hospitality, including guest relations and operational practices. Your primary goal is to maintain and enhance our service standards, ensuring exceptional experiences for guests at all our properties. This role demands a flexible and dynamic approach to training, adapting to the unique needs of each location while consistently upholding our brand values and service quality.

REQUIREMENTS
• Degree from an accredited university in Human Resources, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 2 years of professional experience in human resources or a related area
• Certification as a trainer Or: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
• Status as a certified trainer
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Administering Employee Training Programs
• Promote training programs and foster a culture of continuous learning and guest hospitality
• Enable employees to achieve service excellence through effective training
• Regularly interact with training teams and provide feedback to individuals and managers
• Evaluating Training Program Effectiveness:
• Monitor training progress, evaluate program impact on performance, and make necessary adjustments
• Partner with leaders to ensure technical and leadership skills development
• Developing Training Program Plans and Budgets:
• Align training activities with company mission and vision
• Develop training for service performance improvement
• Manage training budgets effectively
