We are hiring on behalf of a well-established holding company headquartered in Riyadh, seeking an experienced Training Manager to lead learning and development strategies across its diverse business units. This is a full-time, remote opportunity for candidates based within the EMEA region.
About the Role
As a Training Manager, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive training programs that enhance employee skills, align with business goals, and promote a culture of continuous learning. You will collaborate with HR, department leaders, and executive management to assess training needs, develop curricula, and evaluate learning outcomes across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a company-wide training and development strategy.
- Conduct training needs assessments and identify performance gaps.
- Design and deliver engaging training programs (online and in-person) tailored to various departments.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions and make improvements based on feedback and results.
- Manage learning management systems (LMS) and other e-learning platforms.
- Coordinate with external training providers and manage vendor relationships.
- Monitor industry trends and bring innovative learning solutions to the organization.
- Support leadership development, onboarding programs, and upskilling initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR and department heads to align training goals with organizational objectives.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Training Manager, L&D Specialist, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of instructional design, adult learning principles, and training evaluation methods.
- Experience in building and implementing training strategies across multiple departments or business units.
- Familiarity with digital learning platforms, LMS, and virtual training tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s is a plus).
- Experience working remotely with multinational teams is an advantage.
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
