Our consultants ensure that they pay great attention to the finite details of your tour arrangements and make them into an executable SOP (Standard Operating Procedures).
Some of the skills you’ll bring with you are:
• Bachelors Degree graduation in Tourism, Wildlife, Zoology or relevant Tourism major
• Minimum 3 months of Tour Industry experience in a Tour Company in a Reservation, Sales or Operation roles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, willingness to learn plus a good sense of customer service
• Basic product knowledge for African destinations and tour product development
• Computer proficiency with good understanding and use of Microsoft Windows, Office and more
• Competency in terms of organizational, time management skills, logical thinking and problem solving
• Additional foreign language expertise also a bonus
Your day will vary, but some of the tasks you’ll take the lead on are:
• Training for tour arrangements and learn our executable SOP (Standard Operating Procedures)
• Building your product knowledge of African destinations and products to develop quality itineraries
• Working collaboratively with fellow team members to ensure smooth client experience
• Provide exceptional customer service by developing strong relationships to ensure Bobu Africa is at front-of-mind for potential future travel plans
