Territory Brand Lead (TBL) Job Description
Position Overview
The Territory Brand Lead (TBL) is responsible for driving sales growth, building client relationships, and monitoring market trends within an assigned territory. This role involves a combination of strategic planning, customer engagement, and performance reporting to meet company objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by providing excellent customer service and support.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas consistently.
- Stay up-to-date with product offerings, industry trends, and competitors to effectively communicate the value proposition to clients.
- Solve customers’ issues and challenges in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress.
- Work closely with the sales team and management to align strategies and meet company goals.
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
Compensation
- This position offers a retainer with the majority of compensation being commission-based, providing unlimited earning potential based on sales performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Must be able to speak English and Kiswahili fluently.
- Proficient in using computer applications, especially MS Word, Excel, and experienced with online meetings.
- Must possess strong problem-solving skills.
