KalTon Investment is a sole proprietor with registration number 515583. KalTon Investment is a financial services agent for Airtel Money, Mpesa, Tigo Pesa, HaloPesa, T-Pesa and Selcom. The KalTon Investment offers banking agency services for CRDB, NMB, NBC, Equity, Akiba, TCB, Azania, Mkombozi, Exim, Stanbic, Absa, Amana, UBA, Banc ABC, DTB, Mwalimu, DCB bank. Currently, KalTon Investment is in the final processes of starting financial services agent with BOA bank, Western Union and MoneyGram. Kalton Investment is now announcing job opportunities that need to be filled.

Position: Tellers (5 Posts)

Minimum Acceptable Qualifications and Experience:

1. Ordinary Diploma in Accountancy; Accounting and Finance; Banking and Finance; Procurement and Supplies; Business Administration and related diploma.
2. Experience in sales and marketing.
3. Computer skills and strong core mathematical skills.
4. Friendly, personable and helpful.
5. Interpersonal skills, effective written and verbal communication skills
6. Effective and commitment to work.
7. Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
8. Ability to work independently.
9. Attention to detail.
10. Not exceed 35 years of age.

Job Description:

1. Maintain and balance cash drawers.
2. Ensure quality services to customers and building strong relationships with customers.
3. Deposit cash and handling withdrawals.
4. Complies with mobile companies and banks’ policies and procedures.
5. Counting and packing currency and coins.
6. Identify and resolve customers’ needs and address clients’ inquiries and complaints.
7. Ensure confidentiality of customer information.
8. Records daily mobile companies, bank and financial transactions.
9. Cross-selling mobile companies and banks’ products and services.
10. Informs clients of different mobile companies and banks’ offerings.
