Responsibilities:

Make calls to offer our solutions to old and new customers;

Provide efficient services to customers, always aiming for long-term thinking, thinking about building a lasting relationship, based on trust and effective improvement in the lives of those customers who decide to advance their court orders with us;

Update and manage the customer database accurately, ensuring the integrity of information for future negotiations;

Stay up to date with market trends, new sales strategies and legislative changes related to court orders.

Desired Profile:

Experience in sales and/or service. (We'll chat about this in the interview, so be honest!)

Ability to close deals, passion for exceeding goals and good persuasive speaking.

Excellent oral and written communication.

Previous experience in Telemarketing (Differential, but not essential)
