Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecommunications Technician based in Dar es-Salaam. The Telecommunications Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing telecommunications systems and equipment. Daily tasks include troubleshooting technical issues, setting up cabling, and ensuring the telephony systems are functioning properly. The technician will also be responsible for regular inspections and upgrading systems as required to improve performance.

Qualifications

• Experience with Telecommunications Systems, Telephony, and Telecommunications
• Proficient in Troubleshooting technical issues
• Skilled in setting up and managing Cabling
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant certifications or training in telecommunications will be an advantage
• Diploma in Electronics and Telecommunications, Information Technology, or related field preferred
