Key Responsibilities:

• Perform plastering and skimming tasks using modern tools to ensure high-quality, precise finishes.
• Undertake various construction duties, applying civil engineering principles to contribute directly to project completion.
• Maintain, repair, and calibrate plastering machines, cement sprayers, and related equipment to keep them operational and efficient.
• Ensure personal adherence to safety protocols on-site, promoting a safe working environment.
• Directly check and assure the quality of work performed, aligning with our standards of precision and perfection.
• Keep detailed records of maintenance, site inspections, and daily work activities.

Requirements:

• Holders of Full Technician Certificate (FTC) or Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification from recognized institutions.
• Experience in plastering, skimming, and construction work, with a technical focus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose issues with machinery.
• Physical fitness to handle the demands of construction site work, including lifting and working at heights.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, technical manuals, and inspection reports.
• Good command of Swahili; English proficiency is beneficial.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and precision.
