JOB DETAILS:
Seeking a skilled Technician - Auto Mechanic & Builder to join our team in Arusha, Tanzania. As a technician, you will primarily be responsible for performing auto mechanic duties as well as building & maintenance tasks.

Job Responsibilities:
• Conducting routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles.
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical issues.

• Performing vehicle conversions and vehicle restoration projects (Safari Game-viewers/Campers)
• Inspecting vehicle parts and systems to identify any faults or potential problems
• Assisting with building planning and execution with a hands-on approach
• Ground Maintenance of current facilities
• Leading a team

Essential Qualifications:
• Proven experience as an Auto Mechanic with expertise in various vehicle models.
• Proficiency in conducting vehicle conversions and restoration projects.
• Strong knowledge of building and maintenance processes.

Desired Experience:
• 3-5 years of experience as an Auto Mechanic and building maintenance technician.
• Experience in a leadership role or as a team lead.
• Ability to communicate in German is a plus.
