Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Phone Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing various models of smartphones and tablets. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

· Diagnose and repair a variety of mobile devices including smartphones and tablets, focusing on brands like Apple, Samsung, etc.

· Able and willing to take Apple online technical training certification.

· Perform detailed assessments to identify hardware and software issues.

· Conduct repairs including screen replacements, battery changes, and fixing hardware components like cameras, speakers, and buttons.

· Install, update, and troubleshoot software issues.

· Provide excellent customer service, including explaining technical issues and repairs to non-technical clients.

· Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

· Keep track of inventory and order supplies as needed.

· Stay up-to-date with the latest mobile technology and repair techniques.

· Keep records of work completed and report to manager on a regularly

Qualifications:

· Proven experience as a Mobile Phone Technician or similar role.

· In-depth knowledge of smartphone and tablet hardware and software, particularly for Apple and Samsung devices.

· Familiarity with diagnostic tools and software.

· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

· Strong customer service and communication skills.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

· High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in Electronics or a related field is a plus.
