KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver engaging, hands-on training programs on transformers, switchgear, and power protection systems.
• Collaborate with the curriculum development team to design and enhance training courses.
• Incorporate practical demonstrations and industry-relevant tools into training.
.Stay updated on emerging trends and ensure course content remains relevant.
Evaluate participant progress and provide actionable feedback.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (Master’s preferred)
• 5-8years of experience in power systems, protection systems or industrial automation
• At least years of technical training experience
• Knowledge of IEC, IEEE,and local standards
• Proficiency with relay testers, transformers testing kits and SCADA system
• Strong Communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
