We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead and drive the execution of digital projects from inception to completion. This is a full-time, remote opportunity for professionals located within the EMEA region, offering a chance to work in a fast-paced and innovation-driven environment.
About the Role
As a Technical Project Manager, you will play a key role in managing software development projects, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards. You will work closely with developers, designers, and clients to align project goals with business objectives, utilizing Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies to optimize efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Management
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessments.
- Monitor project progress, proactively addressing bottlenecks and challenges.
- Implement effective project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) to enhance efficiency.
Client Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Gather, analyze, and refine client requirements to ensure deliverables meet their needs.
- Manage client expectations, addressing concerns and providing regular project updates.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, ensuring alignment with best practices.
Quality Assurance
- Implement quality control measures to uphold high project standards.
- Conduct thorough testing and review processes to identify and resolve defects.
Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare detailed project status reports for stakeholders.
- Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize project delivery.
Who You Are
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, Digital Project Manager, or similar role.
- Strong expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations.
- Ability to work independently and within a remote, cross-functional team.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira).
