The candidate will be responsible for assisting in the management of the business planning function of the department, to ensure the needs of the students are reflected in the aims and objectives.

Responsibilities

• To assist in the development of appropriate syllabuses, resources, schemes of work, marking policies, and teaching strategies in the Curriculum Area.
• To monitor and support the overall progress and development of
  students as a teacher.
• To facilitate and encourage a learning experience that provides students with the opportunity to achieve their individual potential.
• To contribute to raising standards of student attainment and achievement within the whole subject area and to monitor and support student progress.
• To share and support the school’s responsibility to provide and monitor opportunities for personal and academic growth in general.

Educational Requirements

• Minimum of bachelor's degree.

Experience Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in teaching.

• Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
• Familiarity with the international Curriculum (IGCSE/GCSE).
