• Tax professionals need to be able to identify and solve tax-related problems.
• Taxation involves a high degree of trust and ethical responsibility, so integrity and ethical conduct are crucial.
• Experience in roles where tax knowledge is crucial, such as in accounting or finance departments of businesses, can also be beneficial.
• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in Taxation.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and mentorship skills.
