We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Business Development Partner - Lead Management to join our team. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a candidate with a growth mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement lead management strategies to optimize the lead conversion process

Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement in the lead management process

Monitor lead data and provide regular reports on lead performance

Develop and implement lead scoring models to prioritize leads and optimize conversion rates

Continuously evaluate and optimize lead nurturing campaigns to increase conversion rates

Ensure data accuracy and completeness in lead management systems

Train and support novice team members on lead management best practices

Collaborate with team members to develop and implement lead generation campaigns

Work with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless lead management process

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree

At least 3 years of experience in lead management or related field

Experience with lead management systems and tools is an added advantage

Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
