Position Summary:

We are seeking for Transcriptionists with English & Swahili native-speaking fluency and transcription experience to assist in the development of AI technologies.

Role Responsibilities:

• Transcribe, segment, tag, and timestamp short to long audio files with utmost accuracy and attention to detail.
• Analyze and evaluate transcribed content for accuracy and adherence to guidelines.

Required Experience, Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent transcription skills demonstrated through relevant work experience, samples, or training
• Previous experience as a transcriber or similar role is highly preferred
• Bachelor's degree and/or relevant experience, with certification or training in transcription preferred
• High level of attention to detail
• Proficiency in segmenting and tagging transcribed content according to specified guidelines
• Able to work independently and with a low level of supervision
• Attention to detail and strong communication skills
