16.0 Supply Officer Grade II (1 POSITION)

16.1 APPLICANT QUALIFICATIONS:
Employed Bachelor's Degree/Higher Diploma in Purchasing or Supply Chain from a College recognized by the Government or with "Professional level III" provided by the Board of Procurement and Supply Specialists below (Procurement and Supplies Professionals and Technicians Board - (PSPTB). or other characteristics recognized by PSPTB and be registered with PSPTB as "Graduate Procurement and Supplies Professional".

16.2 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Prepare estimates of required equipment (Schedule of Requirements).
• Prepare the procedure for the receipt of equipment.

• Prepare and maintain statistics of receipt, handling and distribution of equipment.

• Manage the receipt, distribution and handling of materials (Physical Distribution).
• Designing a system for placing and maintaining equipment in the warehouse (Location Index design).
• Prepare various equipment information.
• Calculate and report the value of the materials in the warehouse to follow existing procedures.

GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR ALL APPLICANTS
i. The applicant must be a citizen of Tanzania and at least one-year-old 18 and not exceeding 45 years.
ii. Each Applicant must attach a resume "Curriculum Vitae" with correct address, correct phone numbers, as well as two names trustees (Government employees) and their phone numbers available.
iii. Letters of two Guarantors with their correct addresses and numbers telephone.
iv. Must have relevant professional certificates, Testimonial "provisional results" "statement of results", a document of the results of the fourth form They did not accept you.

1. Birth certificate.
2. Certificate of graduation from the fourth form.
3. Certificate of completion of sixth form education for graduates.
4. Professional Certificate.

6. License from relevant councils.
