ii.To develop research programs in liaison with directorates and units to improve existing products and services and oversee implementation;

iii.To establish development goals and priorities in collaboration with directorates, units and PSCs;

iv.To disseminate research results including practical applications and analytical methodologies;

v.To facilitate transfer of new knowledge to PSCs in collaboration with directorates and units;

vi.Report results of statistical analyses, including information in the form of graphs, charts, and tables;

vii.To collect and analyze the data from different sector; and

viii.To carry out other duties related to his/her field as assigned by immediate supervisor.
