JOB DETAILS:
The Judicial Service Commission is a body created in accordance with paragraph 112 (1) of the Constitution of the United Republic of Tanzania of 1977. In addition, the Judicial Service Act No. 4/2011 gives the Judicial Service Commission the responsibility to recruit staff of various cadres of the Judiciary as well as its other responsibilities.
Accordingly, the Judicial Service Commission announces Tanzanians with the qualifications outlined below for each vacancy and who are willing to work in the Tanzanian Courts in various Regions to submit their applications.

Special Secretaries Grade III TGS B - (Position 4)
Login credentials:
Recruitment of Form IV graduates who have attended Competition Training and passed the Competency Level Three Examination. They should be able to complete the Swahili and English (Shorthand) Shortcut (80) minutes per minute and have received computer training from any Government-recognized college and obtained a certificate in Windows, Microsoft Office, Internet, E-mail and Publisher programs.

Tasks to do:
The Special Secretary Class III will be assigned to work on "Typing pool" or under another Special Secretary with a higher rank than the office of the Head of the unit or unit.
• Printing of letters, information and ordinary documents;
• Helping to receive visitors and inquire about their problems, and directing them areas where they can be addressed;
• Assist in keeping records, records of events, appointments, guests, the dates of the sessions of his Chief's travels and other scheduled work schedules in the office where he works, and notifying him His chief in due time;
• To assist in finding and delivering files, documents or object to the Chief anything required for office work activities;
• Assist in conveying the instructions of the Chief of Staff to his subordinates and also inform him of any information he may have been given by those assistants;
• Assist in receiving files, distributing them to the Officers in the part where he is, and collecting, storing and returning the part involved;
• To perform such other functions as may be assigned to him by his Supervisor of work.

In addition, it is emphasized that:
• Applicants to be Citizens of Tanzania.
• Applicants must be at least 18 years old and not older 44 and he has never been convicted of any criminal offense or imprisonment.
• All applications must be approved by the Administrative Secretary of the district in which he resides applicant.
• Copies of applicants' certificates to be certified by Attorney
• Applicants in the Public Service must approve applications them to their current employers.
• Applicants who have resigned from the Public Service should report that they resigned from the Government and the reason for doing so.
• Applicants who will be interviewed and employed will be employees of the Tanzanian Judiciary and will be ready to be appointed at any station with open space. 8.8 Applicants who have studied abroad have their certificates verified by TCU / NACTE failing to comply with this request will not be addressed.
• Applicants who have undergone computer training should attach certificates of such training.
• Applicants should write down all three of their names at length.
• Applicants should write the job vacancy they are applying for envelopes that will use their application.
• Applicants who have been dismissed / dismissed in Public Service should not pray.
• Applicants who do not have the qualifications mentioned and who will not comply
