Our client, a prestigious African spa brand catering to sophisticated clientele globally, specialises in offering natural, organic products, therapies, and spa concepts. Currently, they are in search of an experienced Spa Manager for a luxurious 5-star resort located in East Africa.

Responsibilities: 

• Work independently and demonstrate self-sufficiency
• Be proactive and motived
• Manage a team
• Report to Head Office
• Set and achieve targets
• Maximize revenue opportunity and complete daily finance reporting
• Complete and submit reports in a timely manner
• Innovate new protocols and packages
• Work closely with hotel management
• Liaise with high-profile guests
• Assist in the marketing of the spa.

Diploma in International Beauty Therapy – ITEC / CIDESCO / SAAHSP

Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Beauty / Body Therapy

Massage Therapist – Accredited Massage Diploma

Basic Hairdressing Qualification, a bonus.
