Position : Sous Chef

  • Collaborate closely with the head chef to develop and execute food and drink menus
  • Ensure the production of high-quality plates that excel in both presentation and taste
  • Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Assist in menu planning, inventory management, and ordering supplies
  • Maintain cleanliness and adhere to food safety regulations in all kitchen areas
