Position : Sous Chef
- Collaborate closely with the head chef to develop and execute food and drink menus
- Ensure the production of high-quality plates that excel in both presentation and taste
- Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Assist in menu planning, inventory management, and ordering supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and adhere to food safety regulations in all kitchen areas
- Monitor and upkeep kitchen equipment for optimal functionality
- Offer creative input to enhance kitchen performance and efficiency
