Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs, objectives, and challenges.
- Conduct comprehensive discovery sessions to gather detailed requirements and identify opportunities for technology solutions
- Develop tailored solutions that leverage Tag’s technology platform to address client needs and objectives.
- Create detailed implementation plans, including timelines, resources, and budget requirements.
- Work closely with internal teams (e.g., product development, sales, marketing) to ensure cohesive strategy and execution.
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support, including product demonstrations and training
- Conduct regular status updates and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
- Analyze project outcomes to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
- Lead customer onboarding and training sessions, ensuring a smooth transition and successful implementation of our solutions.
- Conduct regular business reviews and performance analysis to track progress against client goals.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance on best practices and digital transformation.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
- Proven experience in experience in solutions implementation, project management, or related roles within the digital marketing technology space.
- Strong understanding of marketing technology platforms, including CRM, CMS, analytics, and automation tools.
- Ability to think strategically and creatively to develop innovative solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and engineering.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a passion for delivering customer value
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
