Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate Solar Energy Engineer to join our technical team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the implementation of solar energy systems to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop solar photovoltaic (PV) systems for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Conduct site assessments, perform feasibility studies, and prepare technical specifications.
• Develop and create electrical single-line diagrams, layouts, and engineering calculations.

• Coordinate and oversee solar energy system installations, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
• Collaborate with contractors, clients, and team members to ensure smooth project execution. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to solar installations.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
• Familiarity with solar PV system design and installation.

• Ability to conduct site assessments and feasibility studies.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and renewable energy technologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; training will be provided.

Skills and Competencies:
• Proficiency in solar design software (e.g., PVsyst, AutoCAD) is a plus.
• Strong  communication skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
