Description

PROFILE: The Software Solutions Sales Executive   is responsible for developing and supporting major accounts from small, mid-size and large corporations within Tanzania. This position will be selling software solutions. The Solution Sales Executive will deliver value by differentiating Computer Centre TZ Ltd’s business solution capabilities to current and new major account customers. The Solution Sales Representative will champion selected business process improvement software and services.

The Solution Sales Executive will promote and lead sales activities for Computer Centre TZ Ltd to enhance total account sales revenue. The Software Solutions Sales Executive will learn the products and serve as an expert relative to the catalogue of solutions.

The expectation of this role is to develop and drive supporting a total solution-based sales approach as part of any offering.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Information Technology , Business Administration, BCOM, Sociology or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in software consulting, pre-sales consulting or product management
  • Experience in online, email, mobile, social, CRM or multi-channel marketing experience
  • Excellent client-facing skills and experience in dealing with client and technical teams as well as experience in presenting to C-level Executives
  • Proven interpersonal skills particularly in the area of client management and business to business sales
  • Strong communication and influencing abilities.
  • Ability to adapt and learn the relevance and potential impact of emerging technology improvements and communicate these to non-technical people in a concise and convincing manner.
  • Ability to work as part of a team to solve technical problems in varied departmental environments
  • Strong work plan and self-development skills
  • Knowledge of distributed computing and SaaS concepts
  • Analysis and design skills of moderate complexity
  • Basic understanding of networking issues/systems administration.
