Enertek Group have partnered with one of Europe's leading fintech startups who are in urgent need of a Software Engineering Manager.

Responsibilities

• Be involved in the recruitment process and hiring decisions.
• Setting budgets and timescales for hiring.
• Manage a team of 15+ engineers, helping them shape their individual careers and grow the team to become self-organised.
• Hold daily stand ups to define objectives and key results with your team which they can deliver on.
• Organise, prioritise and achieve business goals with your team.
• Provide technical expertise and share best practices with your team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a backend developer (Java OR Golang).
• Passion for helping others achieve their goals.
• Strong analytical thinking, both in the technical and in the product domain.
• Excellent communication skills
• Profound understanding of RESTful API's.
