JD:

- Execute the comprehensive social media strategy to enhance brand visibility, engage the target audience, and drive user acquisition.

- Manage the company's presence on social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms.

- Interact and engage with the online community, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

- Oversee the creation of engaging and shareable content across various platforms, including blog articles, videos, podcasts, and social media content.

- Create, curate, and schedule engaging and shareable social media content, including posts, graphics, videos, and other formats, aligned with brand guidelines and platform best practices.

- Monitor social media trends, algorithm updates, and industry shifts to adapt strategies, leverage new features, and maximise engagement opportunities.
