Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Social Media Manager to lead our social media presence. As a Social Media Manager, you will oversee the strategy, planning, execution, and analysis of our social media campaigns to grow our audience, enhance brand awareness, and drive engagement across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to achieve business objectives.
2. Manage and grow social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, and others.
3. Lead the creation and curation of engaging content (posts, videos, stories, reels) tailored for each platform.
4. Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
5. Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics and prepare detailed reports with insights and recommendations.
6. Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes to keep strategies effective and innovative.
7. Manage paid social media campaigns, including ad creation, targeting, and budget optimization.
8. Foster relationships with followers, influencers, and brand advocates by engaging with comments, messages, and mentions.
Qualifications and Experience:
1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field.
2. Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.
3. Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite).
4. Demonstrated ability to create high-quality and engaging content.
5. Strong project management and organizational skills.
6. Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills.
7. Experience with paid advertising on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn is a plus.
