Qualifications:
• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• 5+ years of experience in civil construction site supervision.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

Job Description
The Site Supervisor will oversee civil construction activities on-site, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards. You will be responsible for managing site workers, coordinating with project managers, and reporting daily progress

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage civil construction workers and subcontractors on-site.
• Ensure all work is carried out in line with project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
• Monitor the project schedule and report any delays or issues.
• Ensure that materials and equipment are available and meet project requirements.
