Site Agent - Environmental and Social (ES) officer

As a Site Agent with the role of Health and Safety Officer, your main responsibility is to ensure a safe and healthy work environment for all personnel involved in a construction project. This involves conducting risk assessments, developing safety policies and procedures, monitoring compliance, providing training, investigating incidents, conducting safety inspections, preparing for emergencies, promoting the use of personal protective equipment, communicating safety information, and maintaining accurate records. Your ultimate goal is to prioritize the well-being and safety of everyone on the construction site through effective health and safety measures.
