We are looking to hire a Shop Supervisor an individual for managing a fast moving restaurant dealing with customer care and dessert food products

This will be a full time position.  Management experience highly preferred, but also accepting interest from those whom are fast learners with good work ethic.

You will need to have the ability to work with and manage young adults the ages of 19-27 years old and bring team unity, while also being quite strict to ensure good behaviour and work ethic amongst staff. Experience with managing staff, disciplinary issues, HR matters, much preferred.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES.

• Customer service, attention to the customer at all times to be sure they are being served with quick pace
• Waste control to minimise waste and serving sizes
• Constantly managing visual display of products and quality control for taste/presentation.
• Managing closing stock of product and placing orders for additional product
• Completion of a daily afternoon and closing checklist, as well as videos sent to management daily through whatsapp.
• Maintaining perfectly clean and organised work environment at all times

SALARY RANGE: 500-800,000, depending on competencies and skill level.

• No past experience is required, although experience in management or restaurants will increases chances of hiring.
• Otherwise, someone that is good at following a checklist, leanrs quickly, can manage a team, and adhere to instructions/protocol can be trained as well.
