We’re seeking a talented SEO Growth Lead, with a proven track record in motivating teams and generating substantial SEO impact for B2B brands. If you are passionate about driving revenue, and not just vanity metrics like clicks or visibility, and if you thrive on helping your team over-deliver every month, we want you! You will oversee 12-20 SEO clients by leading a small team, while directly owning the strategy and delivery for 2-3 of your own clients.
Growth Responsibilities:
- Work directly with 2-3 SaaS brands, and make them look like superstars in their business every month.
- Maintain a high client retention rate by demonstrating the impact of our work and maintaining strong relationships of trust with our brands
- Undertake impactful SEO initiatives such as keyword research, content auditing, competitor research, UX and customer journey analysis, etc.
- Develop and present effective SaaS SEO strategies & plans that are innovative and cutting-edge, to drive step-changes in SEO & revenue growth
- Stay on top of the latest SEO trends and technologies to continually refine and enhance strategies.
Client Management Responsibilities
- Oversee a portfolio of 12-20 SEO brands, with a team of SEO managers
- Focus on driving revenue KPIs (SQLs, demos, MRR), not vanity metrics (visibility, clicks & leads) by at least 10% MoM
- Collaborate with our CSM & Senior Project Manager to maintain consistent communication with clients, with a minimum of bi-weekly calls.
- Prepare and present comprehensive quarterly business reviews (QBRs), including detailed analytics and actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to foster trust and long-term collaboration with C-Suite and our Points of Contact.
- Lead new client onboardings and effectively manage the handover from Sales to Strategy
Leadership Responsibilities:
- Manage up to 4 direct reports, providing ongoing guidance, mentorship, and development through regular 1:1s, training sessions, and workshops.
- Contribute to wider company initiatives such as new business proposals, workshops and cross-team KPIs.
- Work alongside the team to produce impactful client roadmaps and provide strategic guidance where necessary.
- Conduct bi-annual performance reviews, setting clear goals and providing constructive feedback to drive individual and team performance.
About you:
- You have a minimum of 4 experience years in B2B SEO, including 18+ months in a client-facing role, ideally within the SaaS sector.
- You are a natural leader and have grown/mentored teams in the past.
- You have proven experience leading client-facing roles, confidently managing calls with multiple stakeholders and navigating challenging questions or scenarios.
- You have a super high EQ, and excel at written & verbal communication thus forming meaningful client relationships with ease.
- Ability to clearly articulate the impact of our work on each SaaS brand’s business and the importance of the services delivered.
