This role is integral to the customer experience at Aurea. You will configure and install Aurea products and educate customers about our solutions. Your technical dashboard and reporting work will allow customers to understand the value created from integrating our products into their existing BI systems.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Installing and configuring Aurea Unlimited products and solutions
  • Educating customers on how to use Aurea products to create value
  • Building data-driven dashboards that fill in customer gaps

What You Won’t Be Doing

  • Coding all day and creating new code
  • Developing custom features or functionality

Senior Software Engineer Key Responsibilities

  • Integrate new products and solutions from the Aurea suite
  • Make customers love Aurea as a direct result of your excellent service!

Basic Requirements

  • 3+ years experience working directly with enterprise software customers
  • 1+ years of C# and .NET
  • Experience with customer-facing tasks including customer support, project-specific pre-sales, and product evangelism experience (includes video and email)
  • Able to work between 8 am - 4 pm US Eastern Time

Working with Crossover

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover. The compensation level for this role is $15 USD/hour, which equates to $30,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
