Role Summary

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead our Squad (CheckOut) on the Consumer side of Floward or contribute to the crucial work-stream focusing on the daily-use app for workers. This role involves high-impact design work, offering opportunities to shape the future vision of Floward's product and design language. Job Responsibilities

End-to-End Ownership:

• Concept to Launch: Lead the design process from initial concept to the final product launch.
• Iterative Improvement: Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback and evolving requirements.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure the final product aligns with design standards and user expectations.

UX Problem Solving:

• Prototyping Excellence: Build detailed flows and prototypes to address complex UX challenges effectively.

• Visual Attention to Detail: Obsess over the visual and design details to enhance overall user experience.

UX Research and Insights:
