EXPAT OPPORTUNITY! Our client in Tanzania (a Sugar Manufacturer based at the foot of Mount Kilimanjaro), is looking for a seasoned Business and Systems Analyst who is particularly strong with process analysis and design, to spearhead a move into digitization transformation.

Take ownership and accountability for the project, working closely with the CFO and CEO (reporting into the CFO).

Roles And Responsibilities

• Manages Digitisation and Finance Transformation Projects of the company including control over related budgets for such projects
• Designs new computer programs by analyzing user requirements; constructing workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications.
• Improves systems by studying current practices; designing modifications.
• Recommends controls by identifying problems; writing improved procedures.
• Identify business processes that may benefit from digitisation
• Defines project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, and elements; forming project team; establishing project budget.
• Monitors project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions.
• Maintains system protocols by writing and updating procedures.
• Maintains user access rights to various systems based on an intimate knowledge of user responsibilities and requirements and seniority level.
• Provides references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation; providing help desk support; training users.
• Maintains user confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
• Prepares technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.

Qualifications And Education

• Relevant IT and Programming degrees in Computer Science, Management Information
