We are hiring on behalf of a leading digital services company based in the Gulf region that is seeking an experienced Senior Art Director to lead creative direction across digital projects. This is a full-time, remote opportunity open to candidates based within the EMEA region.
About the Role
The Senior Art Director will take the lead on visual storytelling and creative strategy for the company’s digital campaigns and brand initiatives. This role requires a visionary mindset, exceptional design skills, and the ability to inspire and lead cross-functional creative teams in a fast-paced digital environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute compelling visual concepts for digital campaigns, branding, and multimedia projects.
- Guide the creative process from concept through execution, ensuring high-quality and cohesive design output.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams to translate ideas into impactful visual experiences.
- Lead and mentor a team of designers and creatives, fostering innovation and creative excellence.
- Maintain brand consistency across all creative assets and platforms.
- Oversee art direction for photo shoots, video production, and digital content creation.
- Stay updated on design trends and integrate them into the creative workflow.
- Present creative concepts to internal stakeholders and clients with confidence and clarity.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in digital design, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead creative role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative direction across digital and multimedia platforms.
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch).
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and lead creative teams in remote settings.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, branding, and digital storytelling.
- Experience working with international brands or digital agencies is a plus.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
