Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounts Receivable Management: Oversee invoicing, payment collections, and account reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Credit Control: Assess credit risks, manage outstanding balances, and implement collection strategies to minimize bad debts.
  • Payment Processing: Ensure timely posting of payments, refunds, and adjustments while maintaining compliance with financial policies.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare regular reports on receivables, aging analysis, and revenue trends for management review.
  • Compliance & Audits: Ensure adherence to financial regulations, internal controls, and audit requirements.
  • Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in the receivables process and recommend automation or workflow improvements.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with finance, student services, and external partners to streamline billing and payment procedures.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in accounts receivable or credit management.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience working in a remote or online education environment is an added advantage.
