IndoorAds Africa, a division of IndoorAds Group has a vacancy for a Senior Account Manager in Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania. The purpose of this position is to generate and grow sales in order to sell IndoorAds Africa's new advertising platform within the geographic or product boundaries, thereby meeting predetermined targets.

Key Responsibilities/outputs

Build the network of our indoor displays across venues (bars, restaurants, clubs, etc.) by signing contracts with owners.

Responsible for Sales Portfolio, Content Marketing, Digital and diverse revenue budgets as set out.

Develop and implement account plans and approaches in line with the overall strategy formulated by the General Manager and Business Development Manager.

Identify and generate new business opportunities on an ongoing basis in order to achieve predetermined sales targets.

Prepare and present sales proposals and presentations.

Build strategic working relationships with clients direct by maintaining a high level of client contact (telephonic / face to face) to ensure that their specific requirements are addressed, in order to monitor and grow existing business.

Analyze potential sales opportunities by using data analyses, segmented research, and information available to identify the attributes most valued by these potential clients.

Provide professional and exceptional client service in all interactions with clients.

Keep all administrative work updated.

Report on sales opportunities and achievements as required (weekly / monthly).

Maintain a high level of relevant industry knowledge.

Provide feedback and reports to Business Development Manager on a weekly / monthly basis.

Qualifications And Experience

3 years’ relevant sales experience in the media industry

Well-developed / proven advertising agency and big client contact base

In-depth knowledge of the media industry, with specific emphasis on Outdoor billboards

Exposure to Digital advertising

Personal computer skills and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)

Personal drive, professionalism, and integrity

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

Strong presentation skills

Well-developed leadership skills
