Our client is looking for a secretary/ receptionist to work for a new real estate agency office in Migombani, Zanzibar. The right candidate should be a professional and service orientated individual to be their first point of contact and to help support the team and organize day to day office running operations.

Responsibilities

organizing and distributing messages
Answering and directing phone calls
greeting business clients and guests
documenting financial information
maintaining and ordering office supplies
scheduling meetings and conferences
assisting executives with project tasks
supervising staff and new employees
coordinating with other organizations
implementing administrativer procedures

Must have requirements for all candidates:
