We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented SAP CS/PM Consultant to join our client team.

We are looking for a professional with 7-10 years of expertise in either SAP Customer Service (CS) or SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) modules. This role is crucial for our maintenance and customer service track, and we are looking for a professional who can quickly adapt to client-specific processes and articulate business needs effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and participate in SAP implementation, enhancement, and support projects for SAP CS or PM modules.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications within SAP.
• Configure, test, and deploy SAP solutions to meet client needs.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP CS/PM functionalities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and project success.
• Deliver training and support to end-users as required.
• Document technical and functional specifications, test plans, and other project-related materials.

Qualifications:

• 7-10 years of hands-on experience in SAP, specifically within the SAP Customer Service (CS) or SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) modules.
• Proven experience working with Manufacturing clients is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to understand and quickly adjust to client-specific business processes.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and articulation skills for business processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
