Our professional drivers have a good understanding of the area and our vehicles are all comprehensively insured, comfortable, and safe. We offer a range of services including wedding transportation, project transport, office use, off-road travels, and chauffeur services.

Role Description

This is a contract role for a salesperson to join our team on-site in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. The salesperson will be responsible for daily tasks such as identifying potential clients and following up on leads, negotiating contracts, and preparing reports on sales activities. The salesperson is required to increase the number of customers that we have and also maintain relationships with customers and build loyalty.

Qualifications

• Sales skills, negotiation skills, and communication skills
• Customer service skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
• Ability to identify potential clients and follow up leads
• Understanding of market trends and competition
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience
• Fluency in English and Swahili

Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include experience in the car rental industry, proficiency in other languages, and experience using sales software.
