Background
Job Title: Sales & Marketing Personnel Nature of Work: Full Time
Reports to: Marketing Manager Effort or Weekly Hrs: Min 40hrs/week
Remuneration: Salary + Commission

As a salesperson you will be responsible for finding and maintaining relationships with customers. The work will be located in Kijitonyama. This position requires work outside of normal 9am-5pm operating hours. Please do NOT apply if you are not passionate and available to dedicate time to this position.

Requirements
 Must be able to communicate in Swahili and English
 Must have enthusiasm to sell products and services
 Must be able to take initiative and be creative on the job
 Must be able to do simple accounts (training will be offered)

Key Responsibilities
 Act as a salesperson to identify and maintain relationship with customers.
 Be the main person to communicate with customers
 Be knowledgeable of all products
 Take stock of inventory
 Keep records on all clients
