Summary:

On behalf of our client, we are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Representatives to join their retail team. The ideal candidates will play a key role in driving sales, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to store profitability
• Ensure products are well displayed and shelves are fully stocked
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns efficiently

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Previous retail or customer service experience is an added advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills
