The KalTon Investment offers banking agency services for CRDB, NMB, NBC, Equity, Akiba, TCB, Azania, Mkombozi, Exim, Stanbic, Absa, Amana, UBA, Banc ABC, DTB, Mwalimu, DCB bank. Currently, KalTon Investment is in the final processes of starting financial services agent with BOA bank, Western Union and MoneyGram. Kalton Investment is now announcing job opportunities that need to be filled.

Position: Sales Personnel (6 Posts)

Minimum Acceptable Qualifications and Experience:

  1. Ordinary Diploma in Accountancy; Accounting and Finance; Banking and Finance; Procurement and Supplies; Business Administration and related diploma.
  2. Experience in sales and marketing.
  3. Computer Skills.
  4. Knowledge of general market conditions.
  5. Knowledge of sales tools and processes.
  6. Strong time management skills and commitment to work.
  7. Effective oral and written Communication
  8. Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
  9. Ability to work independently.
  10. Not exceed 35 years of age.
  11. Must possess a driving license.

Job Description:

  1. Create and manage sales plans.
  2. Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers and prospects.
  3. Manage customer inquiries and complaints.
  4. Track and report on sales and sales trends of all levels.
  5. Build business relationships with existing customers in order to earn their trust and maintain their loyalty.
  6. Use effective communication skills to build rapport with customers.
  7. Develop new business accounts, maintain existing customers.
  8. Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects.
  9. Communicate with customers, managers, and other staff in order to resolve problems, complaints and questions related to sales.
  10. Develop and maintain effective business relationships with vendors.
  11. Develop and maintain clear goals, plans, and timelines to facilitate overall company sales objectives.
  12. Utilize existing business resources to create new business opportunities.
  13. Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  14. Achieve sales targets.
  15. Understanding and Promote Company Programs.
