Qualifications for Sales Personnel

Education & Knowledge

• Certificate,Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Certificate with strong experience may also be considered).
• Good understanding of sales techniques, customer service, and marketing principles.

Experience

• Minimum of 1–2 years of proven sales experience (preferably in  paints, building materials, or fast-moving consumer goods).
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Skills
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain good customer relationships.
• Computer literacy (MS Office, email, social media marketing).
• Excellent presentation and reporting skills.
• Personal Attributes
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and willing to work under minimum supervision.
• Honest, disciplined, and trustworthy.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Flexibility to work in the field and meet clients as required.

Other Requirements

• Age: 22 – 35 years (preferred).
• Must be based in Dar es Salaam or willing to relocate.

Salary is Commission based.
