Job Title: Auto Parts Sales Person

Job Description
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
• Sells products and/or services to meet the customer’s needs.
• Maintain customer goodwill by greeting and acknowledge all customers he/she comes in contact with.

• Record all sales and/or customer transactions that occur.

• Provide customers with the correct parts as required.
• Maintains the retail store and displays clean and organized.
• Manage inventory to ensure the physical stock matches the system stock.

• Performs routine housekeeping tasks that maintain and enhances the cleanliness of products and the retail sales area.
• Performs other tasks as required by Manager.
• Assist in handling customer complaints and concerns and make sure the problem is resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
• Treat customers fairly and with honesty, and demonstrate our commitment to superior customer service and ethical business practices.
• Keeps himself/herself well-groomed and clothed.

Qualifications and Job Requirements:
• Must have Diploma in Automotive Engineering
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to communicate well
• Ability to effectively listen
• Ability to interpret customer needs
• Good organizational skills
• Preferably ladies
