Sales Person (10 posts)

Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in selecting the right automotive and industrial parts.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide product recommendations.
  • Manage sales transactions and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and inventory.
  • Work towards achieving sales targets and contributing to team objectives.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.

Qualifications Required:

  • Diploma/Certificate in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related fields.
  • Knowledge in customer service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Swahili & English Language.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of automotive and industrial parts is an added advantage.
