The Sales & Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving revenue across all segments of the hotel including rooms, food & beverage outlets, spa, gym, and conference facilities. This role requires developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to maximize occupancy, average daily rate (ADR), F&B covers, event bookings, and brand visibility, while ensuring consistent guest engagement and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Generation
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets across rooms, F&B, spa, gym, and conferencing.
- Identify and secure new corporate, government, and leisure accounts.
- Manage relationships with key accounts, travel agents, OTAs, and corporate clients.
- Create tailored packages and promotions to drive occupancy and F&B business.
Marketing & Branding
- Develop annual marketing plans aligned with hotel goals and budget.
- Drive digital marketing campaigns including SEO, SEM, social media, and email campaigns.
- Enhance brand visibility through PR, events, partnerships, and media exposure.
- Oversee design and production of marketing collateral and online content.
Conference & Events
- Actively promote conference facilities and manage event inquiries from lead to execution.
- Collaborate with banquet and operations teams to ensure successful delivery of conferences and events.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Monitor market trends, competitor performance, and demand patterns.
- Prepare accurate forecasts and regular performance reports for management.
- Recommend strategies to adjust to market changes and maximize revenues.
Team Leadership
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales and marketing team to meet objectives.
- Collaborate with other department heads to align sales efforts with operational capacity
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in hotel sales and marketing (business hotels preferred).
• Strong network in corporate, government, and travel trade segments.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing and hotel revenue management systems.
• Leadership skills with ability to motivate and manage a team.
